Newport's Cub Scout Pack 33 will hold a social rally tonight at 6:30 p.m. at St. Joseph's Church. New families who are interested in joining are invited. Cub scouts is for boys in first through fifth grade.
Newport Public Library will host Books & Babies today at 10:30 a.m. The program is for children up to 11 months old and features read-alouds, nursery rhymes and speech patterns. Registration is required.
