I found a medium sized, tannish colored dog on Annandale Road on Tuesday, September 18th around 11:40 a.m..
The dog was extremely friendly and visibly trained.
It had no collar or tags.
Newport Animal Control was called and brought the dog to the Potter League in Middletown.
